A Davidson ranch with good bones, renewed for modern living. An updated kitchen and primary bath, additional bathroom, and improved closet space made the existing home work better.

The Concord Road ranch in Davidson had good bones and the potential for a comprehensive update. Steven served as general contractor, coordinating an approximately four-month renovation that was permitted and completed with inspections.

Better Use of the Floor Plan

The kitchen and primary bathroom were extensively renewed. Changes to the plan created more closet space, with an additional bathroom and closet improving the home’s everyday function.

Finishes That Fit the Home

Midrange to higher-end materials brought the interiors together without losing the appeal of the existing ranch. The supplied photographs compare the front exterior, kitchen, and primary bathroom before and after the work.

The finished home received multiple offers when it went on the market.
