Stinson Cove is a custom home on Lake Norman with nearly 7,500 square feet. Steven built it as his personal residence and lived there for 12 years, giving this project a particularly personal connection to his approach to homebuilding.

Details That Endure

Trim, door casings, crown molding, and kitchen beams demonstrate the attention to craftsmanship throughout the home. A wine room adds a distinctive space for entertaining. Steven describes the design as one that has continued to hold its appeal over time.
