DAVIDSON, NORTH CAROLINA
Rebuilding from the Studs Out
Magnolia House in Davidson began as a single-family home and was later divided into three rental units. Restoring a cohesive home required a full gut to the studs and careful attention to engineering, framing, and underlying structural problems.
Rebuilding From the Structure Out
Steven Cuff Construction addressed the structural work and brought the renovation up to code. The work was permitted and inspected as the home took shape over approximately six to seven months.
A Complete Interior and Exterior Transformation
High-end kitchen and bathroom finishes complemented the renewed interior. The exterior was transformed as part of the same comprehensive renovation. The supplied photographs document the original rooms and selected finished spaces.
