West Paces Lakefront Renovation

A complete transformation of a Lake Norman ranch in Cornelius, North Carolina. Structural repairs and a renovation down to the studs created refreshed interiors shaped around the home’s waterfront setting.

The West Paces ranch occupied a distinctive lakefront lot in Cornelius. Before the interior transformation could begin, significant structural issues needed attention. Steven Cuff Construction took the home down to the studs and rebuilt it as a high-end renovation.

Rebuilt Around the Lake

A bright, detailed kitchen and open living spaces were oriented toward the water. The renewed entry and primary bathroom completed a cohesive transformation inside the home.

Collaboration From the Start

A buyer became involved early in the approximately six-month project, allowing Steven to collaborate on the finished home. The owners enjoyed it for several years before later selling.
